Agápi means ‘love’ in Greek. And I have always been in love with love. Agápi Atlas is an atlas of the my adventures, favorite places, recipes, inspiration, people and so many of the things that bring love to my life and allow me to share my love with others. Apápi love is defined as that all present love that God has for each of us and through travel, food and the power of story telling I’ve been able to find connections to that love in incredible ways. I can’t wait to share my adventures and all of the things that inspire me with you.

I’ve spent a lot of my free time over the last decade traveling the world in search of adventure. At 20, I made a promise to myself to spend at least a week somewhere new, every year for the rest of my life and I’ve kept that promise to myself. Along those adventures I’ve managed to fall in love with many parts of this world (as you’ll discover through my post I have an incredible love affair with Greece) and I love sharing those experiences with everyone that I meet. If I’m not talking about travel, it’s usually food and I love creating new recipes, trying family favorites and recreating dishes I’ve tried on my adventures.
